Our Tenants

We take pride in selecting our Tenants in the Garden Building. We wish to provide partners to the community, helping to serve the community and make Winter Garden a better place to Work, Live and Play.

Axum Coffee

The Dream began in 2005.  We had been envisioning a gathering place for the community to do life together.  Not just a place about the coffee, tea, smoothies, pastries, panini and desserts, but rather a place about people in the community coming together around a cause.  A place about helping those in need: locally, nationally and internationally.  A place about giving instead of taking.  A place where guests are not just numbers, but people with stories to tell.  We wanted to find a way to tangibly touch the lives of people in need: orphans, human trafficking victims, the poverty-stricken, those without potable water, etc while creating a place that unites the local community.  So, we decided to give all the profit away in hopes of changing the world…one cup of coffee at a time.

Pilars

Pilars brings to life martinis, mixology, music and more. Drop in for a hand mixed drink or martini, specially prepared with you in mind. Pilars is a comfortable blend of 30’s deco décor, surrounded by the arts. Located next to the Garden Theatre, Pilars caters to pre show and late night theatre, concerts, movies, and events, in our quaint, historic downtown. Pilar’s piano may feature talent from the stage next door or even distinguished entertainment for your enjoyment. Pilar, (pe-lar’) originated in Spanish class at Lakeview High School, which, according to Miss Vernon, sounded prettier than “Becky” when practicing dialogue. I embrace the name as a playful nod to my youthful alter ego. It is with this in mind that we invite you to bring along your playful alter ego to Pilar’s and infuse your evening with an extraordinary time!

Market to Table

Chef Ryan Freelove started his career right here in Central Florida on Park Avenue in Winter Park at Lavensia Cafe. After graduating from Pennsylvania Institute for Culinary Arts, Ryan traveled abroad to Europe where he spent two years exploring Austria’s Food and Wine Culture. Upon returning back to his roots, he continued his culinary education by having the privilege to learn from some of the top Chef’s in Central Florida at locations such as Victoria & Albert’s at the Grand Floridian Resort, The Ritz Carlton Orlando and Peabody Orlando.

Located in the Heart of Historic Downtown Winter Garden, Market To Table  creates modern American cuisine with classical influences. A seasonal dinner menu offers a mix of traditional, yet elevated, modern American dishes.
